Greek Salad


Ingredients

1 cup whole ripe olives
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
1 pkg (200 g) Feta Cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) Herb Dressing
1/2 each English cucumber and red onion, thinly sliced
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Just before serving add dressing and toss.
