Coffee Peanut Layer Jelly

Serves 64 pieces

What You Need

Syrup (to be used in A and B)
200g Caster sugar
300ml Water
Pandan leaves
A
200ml Water
250ml Syrup
50g Green bean flour*
200ml Water* Mix Well*
1½ tablespoon NESCAFÉ CLASSIC® Coffee*

B
200ml Water
120ml Syrup
100g Smooth peanut butter*
Pinch of salt* Mix Well*
100ml NESTLÉ® Low Fat Milk*

50g Green bean flour

Make It






1.Boil syrup ingredients until sugar dissolved; set aside.
2.For NESCAFÉ CLASSIC® Coffee layer: Heat water with syrup and stir in NESCAFÉ® Coffee mixture; stir until mixture becomes thick and transparent.
3.For Peanut Butter layer: Heat water with syrup and stir in peanut butter mixtures; stir until mixture becomes thick and transparent.
4.Layered peanut and coffee in dessert cups alternately, chill and serve.
