Ingredients:
Flower Crab 2 
Onions 1 
Garlic 5
Ginger 1 inch
Chilies 2
Black bean paste 2 tbsp 
Sugar & Salt to taste
  
Method:
1. Slice the onions, garlic, ginger and chilies.
2. Place all the sliced ingredients into the blender.
3. Blend the ingredients to about 1 minute. 
4. Sauted the blended paste in a hot wok.
5. Stir well till the aroma arises. 
6. Add 2 tbsp of black bean paste. 
7. Stir for a minute till it mixed well. 
8. Lastly, add in the flower crabs. Cooked it till it simmers. 
9. Add salt and sugar to taste.
