The apple and cheddar complement each other perfectly in this quick and delicious snack. 
Servings: Serves 1
Ingredients: 
•1 small apple , cored and thinly sliced 
•3 Tbsp. grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese 
Directions: 
Heat the oven or toaster oven to broil.
Place the apple in a small ovenproof dish and top with the cheddar. Cook until the cheese is melted and browned, about 3 minutes. Serve.
