We don't eat pork so for those ingredients which included pork, has been substituted it with beef or chicken.

Buffalo Wings

PREP 5 MINS COOK 10-15 MINS SERVES 5

2 cups oil for deep-frying
180g plain flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
10 whole chicken wings
each cut into two

Sauce (mixed well)
180ml barbecue sauce (available at supermarkets)
250ml tomato sauce
180ml chilli sauce
3-4 tbsps Tabasco sauce (more if you prefer it spicy)
2-3 tbsps olive oil

1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high fire. Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
2. Roll chicken wings in flour mixture and dust off excess. When oil is hot, gently deep-fry chicken in batches until golden brown, 10 to 15 mins. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Drizzle sauce over chicken wings or use as a dip.
