MILO® Brunch Shake


Serves 4 servings

What You Need

A
½ x 425gm can sliced peaches, drained
1 tablespoon sweetened beverage creamer
1½ cups cold water
2 tablespoons NESTUM® Original All Family Cereal
6 tablespoons MILO®powder

Make It

1.Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2.Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle with extra NESTUM® Original All Family Cereal.

Good to know
Peaches are good sources of potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and dietary fiber.

Good to remember
Vitamin A and C has antioxidant properties which may help protect body cells against free radical damages
