Easy Homemade Vinaigrette and Variations

Mix up your own vinaigrette in a small jar. If you're at the end of a jar of Dijon mustard, use that jar!

6 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
a pinch of salt
a bit of fresh ground pepper
1 tsp of Dijon

You can also use lemon juice instead of the vinegar.
