Fried Koay Teow
Preparation & cooking time : 45 minutes
Serves: 4
3 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 sachet MAGGI Sambal Goreng Paste
100 gm diced chicken
100 gm shelled prawns
50 gm fishballs
1 tablespoon MAGGI Dark Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon MAGGI Oyster Sauce
300 gm sliced koay teow
10 stalks chives, cut into 4 cm sections
1 cup beansprouts
1 red & green chilli fried shallots
1 Heat oil, stir fry garlic and MAGGI Paste until aromatic
2 Add A and fry 2 minutes.
3 Stir in MAGGI Sauces, “koay teow? chives and beansprouts. Fry until done.
4 Garnish with sliced red & green chilli and fried shallots.
